Barry Arendt
Founder, ThinkEzIT
I’m Barry Arendt, Founder of ThinkEzIT. With more than 30 years of hands-on technology experience, I built ThinkEzIT with my wife, Jennifer, with one simple goal: to make technology easier for businesses.
Growing up on a farm taught me the value of hard work, problem-solving, and getting the job done right. My career took me from construction and printing to ISP and wireless engineering, the federal government, and eventually building ThinkEzIT.
Today, we help businesses with managed IT, cybersecurity, networking, communications, connectivity, and business technology.
Michael Lehman
VP of Relationship Building/Partner
Michael Lehman is a business owner and sales professional with more than 20 years of experience helping businesses grow and improve. As co-owner of Think EZ IT, he focuses on building relationships, simplifying technology, and helping businesses find practical solutions that work.
Jennifer Arendt
Office Manager
Jennifer is a warm and dedicated professional with a proven talent for delivering excellent customer service. Deeply rooted in her faith in God, she brings compassion, patience, and positivity to every interaction. When she isn’t helping clients, Jennifer loves spending quality time with her dogs and unwinding by catching up on her favorite TV shows and movies. A creative spirit at heart, she also enjoys relaxing with a crochet hook in hand, crafting beautiful pieces in her spare time.

Laura is a dynamic sales professional who brings a unique blend of non profit and retail experience to her role. Known for her customer-first approach and community-driven mindset, she excels at building strong client relationships and driving impactful results. When she isn’t in the office, Laura loves exploring new travel destinations but is also just as happy relaxing at home with her dog, Max.
