Which provider is best for my business?
It depends on what's available at your address and how your team works. Fiber is usually the top choice where it exists, cable is widely available, satellite reaches remote locations, and 5G is great as a backup or where wired service isn't practical. We'll check and give you a straight answer.
Does it cost more to order through ThinkEzIT?
No. You pay the same as ordering direct. Our help with the order and install day comes on top of the service.
Who do I call if the internet goes down?
Call us. We'll figure out whether it's the provider's line or something on your network, and if it's the line, we'll work with the provider to get it fixed.
Should I have a backup connection?
If your business stops when the internet stops, yes. A second connection, often Ez-Connect 5G, can take over automatically so phones, card payments, and cloud apps keep working. Backup is an optional add-on with its own monthly cost, and we'll quote it before you decide.
What if nothing good is available at my location?
Rural sites and job sites often have limited wired options. Satellite internet or Ez-Connect 5G can be your main connection, and we'll keep an eye out for better options as providers expand.
Can I get help just once, without a contract?
Yes. Beyond getting your internet set up, we offer on-demand help for one-off visits, troubleshooting, or small jobs. It's billed per visit, and we'll tell you the cost before we start.

I'm still under contract with my current provider. Can you still help?
Yes. We'll look at your contract end date and line up the new service so you're not paying twice or stuck with a gap.
Will switching providers knock us offline?
We schedule the new install before the old service is cancelled, so you can switch over with little or no downtime.
Can you look at my current internet bill and tell me if I'm overpaying?
Yes. Send us a copy and we'll compare it with what's available at your address.

Will my phones and credit card machines keep working?
We'll check that your phone system, card terminals, and other equipment work on the new connection before switching over.
How fast does our internet actually need to be?
It depends on how many people, phones, and cloud apps you run. We'll recommend a speed that fits, not the most expensive plan.
Can you set up internet for a new office before we move in?
Yes. Some providers need several weeks to install, so the sooner you call, the better.

Do we have to sign up for your Managed IT plan?
No. Ordering internet through us doesn't require any plan. Managed IT and the other add-ons are optional.
Can we have internet at more than one location?
Yes. We can set up and keep track of service at every office, so you have one team to call for all of them.
