No. We don't charge extra for helping you choose a plan, switch over, and get set up.
Can we keep our current phone numbers?
Yes. We transfer your existing numbers when you switch, so customers and coworkers can still reach everyone the same way.
Can we keep the phones we have?
Often, yes. Most recent unlocked phones work. We'll check your devices before you switch and tell you which ones can come along.
We're still under contract or paying off phones. Can you help?
Yes. We'll look at what you still owe and the timing, so you can decide when switching makes sense.
Is coverage good where we work?
We'll check coverage at your office, job sites, and the areas your team travels before you commit.

Can 5G be our main office internet?
In many locations, yes. Ez-Connect 5G works as a main connection where wired service is slow or unavailable, and as backup everywhere else.
Will 5G backup switch over automatically?
Yes. When it's set up as backup, it takes over on its own if your main internet drops, then switches back when it returns.

No. Mobile service doesn't require any plan. Managed IT and the other add-ons are optional.
