Cloud desktopsWhat is Desktop as a Service?
Your Windows desktop, programs, and files run on secure servers in the cloud instead of on one computer. You sign in from any device and it's the same desktop every time.
Cloud desktopsWill our programs work on it?
Most business programs do, including accounting and office software. We check yours first during the complimentary review and tell you honestly if something won't.
Cloud desktopsWhat do we need at home?
A computer or tablet and a decent internet connection. Nothing is saved on the home device, so personal computers stay separate from business files.
Cloud desktopsWhat if the internet goes down?
Cloud desktops need internet to reach. A backup internet connection at the office (Ez-Connect) keeps you working through an outage, and if one place is down, you can sign in from another.
BackupIsn't OneDrive or Google Drive already a backup?
Not really. They sync, so if a file is deleted or locked by ransomware, that change syncs too. A real backup keeps separate copies you can go back to.
BackupWhat happens if a laptop is lost or stolen?
Your work is already in the cloud, so we set up a new device and you're back in. The lost one can be locked or wiped so nobody gets in.
CloudMicrosoft 365 or Google Workspace?
Both work well. It mostly comes down to what your team already uses and which apps you rely on. We'll help you pick and set it up properly either way.
