The Ez Internet Shopper is a short set of questions on our Business Internet page. You tap through it in about two minutes, get an instant snapshot of what your business likely needs, and then a real person on our team checks every provider we work with at your exact address. It’s complimentary, and there’s no obligation to switch.

Why We Built It

Internet options change from one street to the next. Fiber may have reached your building last year, a cable plan may have quietly gone up in price, or a 5G connection might be the right backup. Most business owners don’t have time to track all of that, and every provider only tells you about its own plans.

Because ThinkEzIT works with cable, fiber, satellite, and 5G providers, we can compare them side by side. The Ez Internet Shopper simply gives us the details we need to do that well, without a long phone call.

The Steps

   Tell Us Why You’re Shopping

   Paying too much, too slow, keeps dropping, moving or opening a new location, contract ending, or just exploring. Pick the one that fits best. It tells us what to focus on first.

   Tell Us About Your Team

   How many people use the internet at that location, and what you use it for: email, video calls, your phone system, cloud apps or POS, security cameras, large file uploads, or guest Wi‑Fi. Choose all that apply. This is how we estimate the speed you actually need.

   Tell Us What You Have Today

   Your current provider, about what you pay each month, and whether you’re under contract. A rough guess is fine. If your contract runs a while yet, we’ll line up the switch near the end date so you don’t pay twice.

   Tell Us What an Outage Would Cost You

   If the internet went down for a day, would you manage, would it hurt, or would you stop taking payments, calls, and orders? This tells us whether a backup connection is worth quoting.

A Few Tips

• Have a recent bill handy if you can. It helps us spot fees and promotional pricing that’s about to end. You can also send us a copy later.
• Count devices, not just people. POS terminals, cameras, and phones all use the connection too.
